3. Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data are used for the following purposes:
- registration of users on the journal website;
- receipt and processing of manuscripts;

- conducting the peer review procedure, including double-blind peer review;
- communication with authors, reviewers, editors, and readers;

- DOI and bibliographic metadata.
